Returns:

Due to every item being made to order, all items are Final Sale with no returns accepted.

Once the Post Office obtains possession of your package, please understand that it is out of my hands. Therefore, if your package is lost/stolen, there is nothing I am able to do. Please contact your local Post Office to assist you in resolving the situation. Thank you for your understanding!

Repairs:

I aim to create every piece with durability. However, I do understand that accidents happen! if your item happens to break, please contact me via email: zelfiradesigns@gmail.com with a picture of the damage as well as a description of the damage. 

To repair an item, you will have to cover the cost of sending the item back to me and I will ship it back to you for free. Please include all pieces of the damaged item, including all possible beads and pendants. Without it, I will not be able to conduct a repair and will have to send the package back to you (if a few beads are missing, this is okay!)
